Q/ What can I expect when booking a modern
stretch limousine from Stretch 4 U or Wrights Limousine?
A/ A black or white stretch limousine, uniformed
chauffeur, air conditioning, TV and video, CD player, champagne
cocktail bar, extensive array of glassware, tinted glass
windows, mood lighting, leather upholstery, walnut trim,
seating for up to 6 passengers, privacy screen, competitive
prices. |
Q/ What areas do you travel to ?
A/ Stretch 4 U Limousines and Wright Limousines
service all Sydney suburbs and travel to Newcastle and the Hunter
Valley, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, Wollongong
and the Illawarra.
Q/ Is it best to go for the cheapest priced limousine?
A/ The biggest mistake one could make when shopping
for a Limousine service is shopping on price. In the Limousine
industry, there are many variances of quality and price. Most
consumers would not choose a restaurant on price alone.
A question that comes to mind is if "El Cheapo
Limos" is supplying a service at a cut price rate, what do
they cut out of the service, so they can afford to stay in business?
Q/ Can you guarantee that the limousine will collect
me on time?
A/ The Chauffeur is given a collection time, which
is fifteen minutes prior to the clients collection time. This
means that on the rare occasion when a Chauffeur is 10 minutes
late, he/she will still actually be 5 minutes early.
Q/ Can you tell me who has used your service?
A/ Due to client confidentiality, we are not allowed
to name names.

Q/ What methods of payment do you accept?
A/ Payments can be made using:
- Cash
- Cab Charge
- Bankcard
- Mastercard
- Visa
- Amex (a 3% transaction fee, normally applies)
- EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer (please contact us for our
bank details)
Q/ What deposit is required when booking a Limousine
for General Hire ?
A/ General Hire booking payments are made when booking.
Regular and special Corporate clients accounts are processed on
completion of the hire.
Q/ What deposit is required when booking a Limousine
for a Wedding, Graduation or Special Event ?
A/ A deposit of $100 per vehicle is required upon
booking for a Special Occasions. Payment in full is required 14
days prior to the hiring date.
Q/ Is there a Cancellation
Fee
A/ Yes the cancellation fee is 20% of the total
amount of the hire booked
